- To receive progress relating to the changing policy framework and institutional impact for further and higher education institutions
- To reflect on the new landscape emerging at the further and higher education interface following the changes emerging from HE White Paper 2011 during 2011-2012
- To discuss practical responses, local partnerships and developments for 2012/13 activity in colleges, universities and with private providers
- To enable those attending to progress strategies for the future development of their institutions and organisations
